Once we've gotten to know you, our team creates a customised training program that enables you to reach your fitness and nutrition goals. We utilise the fitness app called Everfit, where you can easily access your training program, track your diet, progress, and payments.
Step 3: Weekly check ins
With weekly Zoom check-ins, we are dedicated to keeping you on track and accountable, all while making sure your wellness journey is enjoyable and sustainable in your life after using a GLP-1. It is our mission to support you and help you progress toward your goals.
